This machine can fill glass bottles of size 200 ml, 250 ml & 300 ml. It can fill about 30 bottles per minute. It is provided with a control panel. The speed of rotation can be adjusted.

The machine is a semi automatic premix counter pressure filler and is easy to use. The operator keeps one bottle at a time on the bottle tables as the tank rotates. Filling takes place automatically and the bottles are taken off after filling. It requires a premix carbonator which is also supplied by us.

The machine is powered by a 1 HP III ph motor and suitable gear box and has the following features

• A ‘No Bottle No Fill’ lever ensures that the valve opens only when a bottle is placed and avoids un necessary soda loss.
• The filling valve is closed automatically when the filling is over.
  A snift valve is provided to release excess gas before the bottles aretaken off to avoid foaming.
• An automatic air release valve is provided to vent air from the filling tank.
• A pressure gage is provided to monitor tank pressure at all times.
• A pressure safety release valve is provided on the tank.
• The machine is made of SS 304 grade material.

Semi Automatic Rotary Soda/Soft Drink Machine for Glass bottles is unique and designed for the small scale soda/soft drink manufacturer. The machine is basically simple and easy to use and does not require any skilled labor.

As it’s name suggests, it rotates automatically at a fixed speed The machine is powered by a 1 Hp motor and is supplied with a 3 Hp III ph air compressor (optional) and a suitable Carbonator. Three persons are needed to operate the machine. As the machine rotates, 4 or 5 heads fitted on its periphery turn at fixed speed. The first person has the job of inserting the crowns and the next person keeps the bottles. Filling and crown capping take place automatically. A protective SS guard has been provided in the area where the bottles are filled and crowned to avoid injury in case of bottle breakage. The third person removes the filled and capped bottles. All parameters such as crown capping pressure, gasket rubber pressure, soda pressure, soda inlet quantity, air compressor pressure etc can be accurately controlled and monitored.

The filling and capping takes place pneumatically. It’s simple construction and functioning needs very little maintenance. The average production of the machine is about 20 bottles per minute for a 5 head machine and 16 bottles per minute for a 4 head machine. All three sizes of glass bottles – 200 ml / 250 ml / 300 ml can be filled on the machine.
