All the contact parts are either of sturdy aluminum casting or stainless steel and it has a beautiful enamel body. It is suitable for continuous operation and can be cleaned and maintained easily.

“MGI” Fruit Pulper is ideal for pulping Tomatoes, Mangoes, Raspberry, Strawberry, Papaya, Rock Melon, Jamoon, Guava, Peach, Grapes, Bananas, etc.

The contact parts during pulping process are made of Stainless Steel whereas the Hopper, Collecting Drum and Chute are made of Aluminum. The Stand is of rigid Mild Steel construction.

It is provided with a Stainless Steel Sieve of size 0.8mm which is ideal for most of the fruits. Inside the Sieve a Nylon Brush and a Blade are provided. The Pulper is powered by a 1 Hp I Ph. Motor.

The Pulper can process about 500 kgs. of fruit per 8 hour shift.

The Pulper is very compact and can be easily installed in a comparatively small space. Its easy operation and maintenance requires no skilled labour to operate it. Also it can be easily dismantled for cleaning, after operation, and quickly re-assembled.

The Fruit pulper is a must for any small scale fruit processing unit and can be installed even at home.

We are involved in manufacturing of liquid mixer  which is basically a mixer with a fan blade at the bottom. It is used for stirring and mixing liquids like juices, syrups and curd. The size of the mixer is varied according to the quantity of the liquid. Fabricated using superior quality raw material in compliance with set industrial standards, the mixer is tested on various quality parameters to ensure defect free end product. We also provide customization as per the requirement of clients.

• The Stirrer is basically a mixer with a fan blade at the bottom.
• It is used for stirring/mixing liquids like juices, syrups, curd etc.
• It is also most useful in the rubber, chemical and other industries where a homogenous mix of the liquid is critical to product quality.
• The Stirrer consists of a high speed motor mounted on a bell housing from where four stainless steel rods extend down and support a frame of stainless steel plates with holes.
• The motor shaft is connected to the fan blade at the bottom with a central stainless steel shaft.
• The stirrer is hung inside the container holding the liquid with the help of a wire rope and winch provided. The bottom of the stirrer is kept about six inches above the bottom of the container.
• When the motor is switched on, the central shaft turns and rotates the blade.
• The blade pushes the liquid through the holes in the stainless steel frame and thus the liquid is broken up into bits and mixes well.
• The stirrer is used for 10 minutes – 30 minutes as required.
• The size of the stirrer may vary according to the quantity of liquid to be mixed at a time.
• The stirrer has an advantage over the conventional mixers in that the liquid is mixed by breaking it up rather than making it revolve in the container.

Our oil extractor is a most economical model, suitable for small scale oil mills. Our extractor is sturdy in construction and requires very low maintenance. It can be easily operated by unskilled personnel. Changing of spares can be done very easily. The oil expeller when properly operated yields maximum oil output. For high expelling efficiency the kernels should be dried to contain less than 5 to 8% moisture.

CONSTRUCTIONAL FEATURES

TYPE: Cold extraction in single chamber by high pressure system to extract more oil without affecting colour and flavor of oil.

BODY: The body is fabricated of mild steel, accurately machined and checked before assembling.

GEAR WORMS: Hobbling cut heavy gear pinion of steel to ensure longer life. The feeding pressure and discharge worms are made of tested steel and given case hardening for long life.

SHAFTS: Main worm shaft and drive shafts are made of tested high tensile EN 8 steel rounds and machined accurately with super finish.

"MGI" Popcorn Making Machine is a compact easy to use unit designed for the lay user. It has a sturdy frame with a new attractive panel and a bowl capacity of 400 grams. Popcorn with various delicious flavours can be made.

The machine is colourfully designed to attract the most attention on market counter tops. It is an "attention getter" at retail stores, shopping malls, theaters, entertainment centres, etc. Lights are strategically placed inside the machine for best effect.

For easy usage the control panel is conveniently placed with switches for controlling the heat, motor and lights. The machine has a stainless steel bowl within which a high quality heater is placed. The heater provides diffused heat all around the bowl for optimum popping. The bowl is easily tiltable and can also be easily removed for cleaning from time to time.

“MGI” Potato Chips making machines are compact, versatile & easy to use. There are totally three machines used for Peeling, Slicing & Dehydrating the Potatoes which are then ready to fry.

The Potatoes are first put in the Peeling machine. Next the potatoes are pushed one by one into the Slicing machine. The Sliced Chips are finally dehydrated, i.e. excess water is removed from the chips in the Dehydrating machine.

The thickness of the Potato Slice can be adjusted. Finger chips and Rippled chips can also be manufactured in the Slicing machine by changing the blade platter, available at extra cost.

The Peeling & Slicing Machines have casings of Aluminium casting, fitted on a MS Stand. The Peeler is driven by a ¾ Hp Motor whereas the Slicer is driven by a ½ Hp Motor. The dehydrating machine has a stainless steel casing and inner drum wherein the chips are put for drying. The inner drum is removable for easy of unloading the dehydrated chips.

All the three machines are very easy to install and require no skilled labour for operation.

The output capacity of all the 3 machines together is approximately 500 kgs. / 8 hours.

This machine is suitable for pounding all types of spices and herbs. The body is sturdy fabricated of heavy MS Angles. The cam shaft is made of alloy steel and arms fabricated of Ms flats with gun metal bushes provided at moving points.

The hollow pan is fitted with the machine itself and thus it is very sturdy and does not require concrete foundation.
