MGI" Brand Aerosol propellant filling machine is designed keeping in view the need of a small manufacturer. The machine is compact and requires very little space for installation. It can fill gas in containers / bottles of max. height 200 mm and max. diameter 100 mm. The machine can be used to fill various items like perfumes, insecticides, mosquito repellents, lighter gases, oils, contact cleaners, pharmaceuticals and many other similar items, which need to be sprayed for maximum effectiveness. The process of filling is very simple and can be easily mastered.

The sealed container / bottle filled with liquid is to be placed on the bottle table of the machine and the table is pressed up to locate the bottle valve in to the filling head nozzle. Then the ball valve provided above the head is to be opened to fill the liquid propellant in to the container / bottle. The required quantity is to be determined by the level of the liquid in the gauge glass and the scale provided under the acrylic front box. Once the desired quantity is filled the valve is to be closed and the container / bottle is to be removed from the machine. The container / bottle is now ready to spray.

If pressure inside the propellant is not sufficient enough to fill the container / bottle, external pressure in the form of pure air or nitrogen must be applied through booster inlet valve provided on the top of the machine.

The machine is fitted with a silica gel filter / dehydrator to assure dust and moisture free supply of propellant. The machine is supplied with an Operation cum maintenance manual and a spare parts list.

"MGI” Gravity Liquid Filling Machine  is ideal for filling accurate quantities of water, milk, juice, syrups, oils, medicines, liquid blue and all other such free flowing liquids. The machine can fill any size of Glass or PET bottle up to its filling capacity. The machine is of complete stainless steel construction, requires no power supply for operation and occupies very little floor space.

Mode of Operation:

• Liquid is first poured into the tank.
• Four bottles are then held on the bottle holding plate & the foot lever is pressed.
• The bottles go up into the filling heads with the filling nozzles inside the bottles & the liquid starts to flow into the bottles.
• Once the liquid level reaches the nozzle level, the foot lever can be released and the filled bottles can be taken off.
• The above process can be repeated for the next batch.
• Some amount of overflow liquid gets collected over a period of time in the overflow tank (not supplied with the machine). This liquid must be re-poured manually into the main tank from time to time.

The “MGI” Pillow Vacuumizing Press is a sturdily built versatile machine operated hydraulically. It is available with attached Sealing Machine to heat seal the plastic bag containing the pillow.

It consists of a rigid MS frame. Its top plate is mounted with the help of four solid pillars with Gun Metal bushes for smooth movement. The hydraulic cylinder is connected to this top plate. The power pack operating the cylinder is mounted below the table. The machine can be supplied for any pillow size.

The operation of the machine is very simple. A hand lever valve mounted conveniently near the table is operated to take the press up or down. A preset pressure regulator is attached to ensure that only the requisite pressure is applied for the job. The compression of the pillow can be accurately controlled with the help of this regulator. Once the pillow is fully compressed, the plastic bag can be sealed by pressing the foot pedal of the sealing machine.
